The sashimi was packed with ice packs at the bottom of the plastic tray, this is the first time I've ever received sashimi packed this way. It was still nice and cold when I received my food, and the fish was still firm and quite fresh. There were also rice balls tucked in together with the sashimi, which I felt was a very nice touch. I asked for more wasabi and ginger, and I received an abundance of those. I am very happy with the quality of the food and the care that was made in ensuring that it is delivered properly.
